You have found your calling in the catering business. Thanks for officiating the wedding and removing the stress that surrounded this very busy time. Our daughters wedding at the Phillippi Creek Mansion was beyond our expectations. It’s the little things that have set your company apart from the big boys. We can’t say thank you enough to your catering coordinator Amy Tanaka who didn’t miss a beat. Amy took us through the entire process with a free tasting at Clayton’s, prepared the floor plan for the wedding, chair locations, table setup, DJ, chair wraps and linens. The buffet was gorgeous and the food was to die for.
Thanks for taking the active role in your catering business. You and Amy make a great team, backed up by the best Chef in the area. We will refer everybody to your company.
Our Fourth of July party was an explosive success with your catering staff. Your Chef Dimitri went over the top with fresh appetizers, boneless short ribs, variety of salads and sides. The homemade deserts and cookies were the best. Please send me the recipe for the Key Lim Pie!
Your staff went the extra mile in helping me set up the party and then cleaning up after the crowd went home. Amy Tanaka is the consummate professional in all of the planning stages and we applaud her organization skillet.

The beef tenderloin was perfect and the leak potato casseroles were unbelievable. Clayton, you have been blessed with a terrific chef. Our compliments to Chef Dimitri who dropped off the side dishes for our annual Christmas Gala. While I have normally, prepared everything for my annual party, this year was the best because you brought original food ideas to complement my pork loin entrée. The quests were ecstatic and I’m sure they will visit your restaurant in the near future. The stuffed portabello muffaletta was one of the best appetizers I have ever had. Keep up the good work, and give your chef a raise.
