Locally born and raised, Alexandria got her start by assisting her father who, after leaving one of the top caterers in Sarasota, started his own catering service in the early 2000’s. Growing up in kitchens, she was inspired at a young age by food, and how a good meal possessed the ability to bring a community together, and bring out the best in people.
Fueled by a warm, passionate spirit and a dedication to the service of others she has now paved her own way in the industry, catering everything from private and public events, meetings, and office lunches, to weddings and everything between. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of American in 1988 Fifth generation Texas Native John
Teitsch moved to Arizona to become a Chef at L’Auberge de Sedona where he cooked for Cher, Guns
and Roses, and the Arizona Cardinals before moving to Key West Florida in 1992, and then Sarasota in 2002. Chef John has worked for and ran some of the top kitchens in southern Florida including Hyatt Key West, Pier House, and Antonia’s (in Key West), as well as Colony Beach and Tennis, Morton’s Gourmet.
